Can someone recommend best way for 3 adults to get from Newark airport at 6:30 pm to a hotel in Jersey City?

It looks like some of the car services are charging for the toll the limo takes coming from Manhattan into New Jersey (even though we, as passengers won't be going through a toll).

You could take a taxi. Fare would probably be about $50 plus tolls and tip.
