Brilliance breakfast options

On days when we have early morning excursions is is a viable option to grab a coffee and some brekkie at park cafe on brilliance rather than rushing in the windjammer? Also, what options do they have and do they serve premium coffees there also or will I need to also call by cafe-latitudes? Or easier still...Does cafe-latitudes serve breakfast items? Room service seems hit or miss for brekkie and with the deluxe pkg...I would prefer a nice coffee and some bottles water to go :)

No premium coffees at Park Cafe. Tehy have egg/muffin sandwiches, wraps, bagels, breakfast burritos, etc. Cafe Latte-Tudes serves pastries, cookies, other sweets.
