My experience using the app has been very positive to date.

I downloaded this and used it when disembarking the Independence a week ago...some of the video that is shown onboard is misleading. The video states that all you have to do is scan the app, get a beep and off you go - not quite accurate. You still had to show your passport and since most people didn't know that (they didn't have them out), it actually took longer than the lines using the old paper form. All in all once people are used to it, I can definitely see an advantage and will use it again.

How it worked at Port Everglades on Sunday. We set it up as soon as we got into port. We got into the terminal and started in a very long line, but around one curve was a port employee and we showed the app ready for scanning and they sent us to a very short separate line. From that point we were out the door in 2 minutes. Yes, we did present our passport too. But it was still quicker than if we did not use it.

Used the app last month. Worked great and bypassed long line.
