Carnival Sensation- secret decks 8 & 11

I read that there are SECRET decks on Carnival Sensation, is this true? And are the regular folks allowed to enjoy them?

Yes it is. I know you can go on deck 11, but I am not so sure about deck 8.

 

I went on a secret deck(deck 8) on the Inspiration(nearly identical ship) that was actually supposed to be crew only(according to a crewmember). The doors were on either side of the the stage on the lower level of the main lounge. The doors weren't labeled crew only, so I went through them. The area is actually a crew muster station.
