RCCL Credit Card "My Cruise Rewards" Robes?

There is a deal to redeem RCCL CC My Rewards points for a pair of robes delivered on board. Are they to keep or is this a $50 rental? What is the quality of the robes? Lowly "Gold" members and not staying in a suite so will not be getting complimentary robes AFAIK.

The Visa points robes are yours to keep.

 

Also, your stateroom attendant might be able to supply robes upon request.

My RCCL Visa just arrived. Once DW gets off the phone I will call to activate it. Easier to activate when you use you home land line vs cell phone:D

PS is the robe offer based upon a certian amount of points you accrued on the Visa or is it just a Visa purchase special you can get in a cruise?

DH insisted on getting these a few years ago. I would say they were of good quality. My problem with them is the weight. We live in south east Texas and have very little (like never) use for thick, heavy robes :o

Thanks. I usually keep AmEx membership miles until we reach a very high tier, likely will do same with the RCL Visa.

I got the card just for the free stuff lol now it's collecting dust. On our next cruise in April we will be getting the bathrobes, and the sparkly wine and strawberries. We live in Northern California not sure when we will ever use them except on cruises but I just had to [emoji39]
