Concierge on the Jewel 03/12/17 Mexican Riviera Cruise.

Just made all of my Pre-Cruise Requests through the "Pre-Cruise Concierge Number"....

 

The lady told me over the phone that Virginia will be our Concierge on my sailing.

 

Anybody have any experience with her?

 

According to the woman on the phone, my sailing will be Virginia's last sailing on the Jewel.
