Hotels near Miami Port

I am looking for hotel recommendations near the Port of Miami that will allow me to leave my car there and shuttle us to the port. Do you have any recommendations and an idea of cost?

Embassy Suites , while not near it has a park and cruise package. Last time we were picked up by a Limo and we parked our car there. Managers reception for the per cruise party . And a full breakfast buffet .

This will probably get moved to the Florida departures area.

 

As far as the answer to your question, most of the hotels offering what you are looking for (parking/shuttle) are located near the airport. Not sure what your budget is, or how nice you want the accommodations to be, but you may want to take a look at the following:

 

Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport

Comfort Suites Miami Airport

Hilton Miami Dowtown

Quality Inn Miami Airport

Embassy Suites Miami Airport

Hampton Inn Coconut Grove

Hyatt Place Miami Airport West / Doral

Hampton Inn Miami Airport

 

Some of these may have quit offering park/cruise packages. For the ones that still do, the package generally consists of a shuttle to the ship and free or discounted parking during your cruise. None of them give a ride back after the cruise is over so you will need a taxi or Uber for the return.

Also the Mariott complex (airport). Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn.

 

 

You can get shuttle to port or cab. About 30.00 each way for cab which is less expensive than 20.00 a day at the port.

 

You can get shuttle to the port but not back to your car.

A cab from most hotels will only be about $12 or so....so don't choose merely by shuttle availability.
