OlsSalt Posted March 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2017 An ongoing topic has been the need for Yellow Fever vaccinations, when taking any of the HAL Amazon cruises. LA Times reports there are new outbreaks of Yellow Fever in Brazil, which previously had been declared to be Yellow Fever free -or at least no longer requiring a yellow fever shot in the very near past: http://www.latimes.com/science/sciencenow/la-sci-sn-yellow-fever-americas-20170308-story.html No comments about any official HAL boarding requirements at this time. Stay tuned.

Despegue Posted March 9, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 9, 2017 For frequent travellers, which I presume most passengers onboard longer HAL cruises, including the Amazon cruises, are, I advise to just get the vaccination if medically able. It is valid for life.
