RCCL suites vs "the haven"

Recommended Posts

on the breakaway the spa haven rooms are about 50% bigger than the standard balcony as well. plus you get the real king bed and the hot tub in the room.(albeit a tiny one) but it's nice to have that at the window. and the 300 vs 200 sq feet is noticable as my 2nd trip was in standard balcony and i missed the space.

It's really hard to compare Royal's Suite Class to NCL Haven. Royal has 3 suite categories with differing price points and benefits. But the one class that is directly comparable to NCL Haven is Royal's Star Class Suites on their Oasis/Quantum class ships.

We have sailed Royal exclusively the last 3 years with about 10 cruises. We will be trying a Star Class suites. I have looked into NCL Haven is a similar size suites and NCL has been more.

With Royal's Star Class, you get your own Genie, who will literally take care of everything for you, dining reservations even when restaurant is fully booked, front row seats at any shows and escorted embarkation and disembarkation.

You can find more Star Class/Genie reviews here on CC. I will try a NCL Haven suite once to compare.
