Anthem - tender tickets at Coco Cay

A few Anthem reviews mentioned a nightmarish process for tendering at Coco Cay.

Based on your first-hand experience, what is the least frustrating way to manage the tendering process, securing tickets, etc.

We don't need to be the first ones off the ship, but don't want to be delayed until 11am-12noon as some reviewers reported.

Also, is there a place to get a passport stamp in Nassau that's close to where the ship docks?
