Oasis lifeboats location

What deck are the lifeboats on, or are there any balconies with obstructed views because of them? Thanks!

They are on deck 5 and the first balcony decks are deck 6. Some restriction to straight down views of the ocean would occur with rooms directly above the lifeboats as they extend out somewhat from the side of the ship. This is mostly with far aft and forward locations, not so much mid-ship. But no direct outward obstructions. If you google "oasis of the seas - images" there will be plenty of pictures showing the lifeboat locations.
