Rare momin05 Posted March 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2017 We gave my daughter some cruise cash for Christmas for our upcoming cruise. But as I am setting up our onboard expense accounts, it doesn't show as already being applied automatically and it doesn't seem to have a way for me to apply it. I would like to apply her cruise cash, then back it up with charging privileges on my credit card. Is this possible?

It probably wont show up on her account until 24 hours after the cruise starts but it should be automatic applied. Ive never used Cruise Cash but I know thats how it works on Royal Caribbean when you pre purchase an OBC. It appears the next day
Rare shof515 Posted March 13, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2017 the cruise cash does not show up until they onboard the ship. usually on the first day or the second day, the cruise cash is applied to the account. When it gets applied, they leave a note in your cabin/mail slot.
Rare momin05 Posted March 13, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Thank you so much for the response. I won't worry (and will take my receipt!).
LucyB. Posted March 13, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2017 I was told by multiple CSR's, bc I've been buying cruise & bar cash, that it's automatically there on your SS account. I've set all of my purchases to be applied the first day. I love this option, kinda like a ship savings account.
