Which nights to book specialty restaurants on the Breakaway in July?

Hi we are a group of 8 going on the breakaway in July to Bermuda. We have the 3 specialty dinner offer. We would like advice on when its best to go to the specialty restaurants. Is there anyway of seeing the main dining room's menus now for each night?

We book them on sea days so we don't have to worry about when we need to be back to the ship.

I don't think there is any way to see the main dining room menus in advance.
