Are Halloween Parties every Oct. sailing?

We're sailing Elation in Oct. When does Carnival start the Halloween festivities? I've seen that Disney does a lot in Oct. I'm curious as to where I might find a deck party schedule. I like costumes & would love to participate.

(Last year I was Michelle Duggar. Big Hair, long denim skirt, with 19 paper dolls attached to it, thrift store top, shawl, I even cut bangs! I'm committed to character, lol)

You can expect Halloween activities and a costume deck party on Halloween on Tuesday 10/31.

 

Anyone in your party may want to avoid a T-Rex costume.

😂😂😂 I'll keep that in mind, on land or sea. Won't be sailing on Halloween. Last year we trick or treated with our 7 nieces. All under age 11. It was like herding cats!

For my next cruise, I actually had my choice of either Halloween week or the week before. I picked the week before. My granddaughter's birthday is Halloween and I don't want to miss that. Plus, I'm not a big Halloween person. No costume for me. I'd probably be in bed by 10 PM.

Yeah we cruised Oct 22-29th last year on Carnival Magic and they didn't do anything for Halloween. There were no decorations or anything, they must have worked fast to get them up for the next cruise.

 

 

However, we did go to Mickey's Not So scary Halloween party pre-cruise and had a blast.

Our last Halloween cruise was 2014. Decorations went up that morning, and went down that night. We are talking less than 24 hours.
