You are going to love it!!

We can't quite believe it. We thought it would be something for a few years time when the kids were up and away, but I think we've got it at as good a price as we likely to see it.

Realistically what's the earliest boarding time for Haven guests?

If all goes well with clearing the ship, etc., you can be on by 11. They will take you on a tour of the Haven and Posh, show you how to use the elevator key card, introduce you to the concierge, etc., and then head to lunch at the Epic Club!!! I do hope Diego is behind the bar when you sail - he really was an awesome bartender.

Thanks.

Does the Epic lounge have any music in the evening? I see there is a piano.

The piano player is there for the Captain's reception. I did not see him there any other night.

Is the Courtyard Grill basically unusable in cooler temps, or is it heated? We'll be on the Epic end of Oct / early Nov in the Mediterranean and wondering if it will be too cold to sit there and have drinks by then.

They will close it if it is too windy. Not sure if they close it if it's cold out.

Is there a need to book Epic Theatre shows or is there always space for Haven guests?

Soooo many questions

We booked. And then the Concierge Asst took us down. For Cirque we had a great table. Others up front. Loved.

We've done Cirque. Possibly try it again. We loved the show, but the meal is one of only a handful that I could complain about in several cruises with NCL.

Don't contemplate, do it. ...It is great.. You will never want to cruise any other way.

Oh it's booked. But I'm under no illusion that we will now always be Haven.

This will be the first and last for a few years I think.

Agree. Not great. However we had the old UDP suite so did not matter much to us.

I was onboard at 10:42 on March 8th.

The shows vary, and some nights there are two performances. I can check the dailies if you like to confirm showtimes.

Our steaks (and the meals overall) were excellent. I love steak and our were prepared perfectly, and served piping hot.

Captains reception, when is this? How does it go?

Do Have guests get any discounts on Spa passes?

Our reception was 2nd evening at 6:30 in Haven lounge.

No spa pass discount.

I'm thinking we could skip the meal and eat after the show? Can you remember the show time?

We went at 10 pm. I believe there was a 7 pm too.

I assume The Epic Club is walk ins only, no reservations?

In the 2nd bedroom of the 2 bed courtyard villa, is it a small double and pull down bed, so sleeps 3 max with a 6th person able to sleep in the living area?

You really don't have to. We sailed over new year's eve, so I'm thinking the ship was probably at capacity, and we were never told "no" for anything.

Walk in only, and you don't need a reservation. We never had a wait.

Yes, that is correct. The 6th person would be in the living room.
