HELP FLIGHT LEAVES BARBADOS AT 7:40 am

Does anyone know if we can make the 7:40 am flight out of Barbados? We would like to come back to California on Sunday but that flight time has been changed. The Windsurf is in port around 5 am and should be cleared by 6 or 6:30. What do you think?

No - having done this port with WindStar, I doubt it

 

if you do it will be a real rush all the way.

getting to a non US airport with less than 1 hour ... maybe WAY less ...

 

Enjoy a day in B I'd say ... but sorry as it probably increases your logisitics issues significantly...

I seriously wouldn't even try it.. and if you do, make sure you have transfers with the ship. but be prepared to not make it.

 

What Airline.. sounds like American.

 

I would highly recommend a different flight if you can ..

Best answer. Even if you had a taxi lined up to meet you as you run fast from the ship, you'll be sleepless from the worry and will miss one of the highlights of any Windstar cruise, the lingering in the lobby area saying goodbye to new friends, the cruise staff and the officers.

 

After the ship is cleared, the lingering goodbyes is something you can't duplicate on the megaliners.

 

BTW, the trip to the airport from the Barbados dock isn't that far.
