to the original OP...do a quick search of the general ncl forum using the word "specialty" and you will get many hits....

otherwise, in the le bistro I personally prefer their escargot so much, i eat that multiple times.

As poona said, if you use the search function you'll find lots of lists of people's favorite orders at specialties.

 

At Le Bistro, my favorite is the coco vin. Many people say the steak is as good as at Cagney's but that wasn't my experience.

FYI - You don't get a cup of lobster bisque, it's just a sauce.

Love the Fruits De Mer! It's the best It use to be a main entree but now it;s an appetizer. I was sorry that I didn't order two on our January cruise but will definitel do that on our May cruise.

Filet with peppercorn sauce is quite good. And I second the mushroom soup. Coq au Vin was decent, not great. My friend enjoyed the escargot and other seafood dishes.
