crusingabuela41 Posted March 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2017 What is meant by neighborhoods on the ships. I haven't sailed any of the big ships and was thinking about trying it. Can someone please explain what they mean by neighborhoods. Thanks

cstimmons Posted March 26, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 26, 2017 sry but I still don't understand. I can see the pictures but why would they call it neighborhood and not decks They still have deck numbers but their names are more for referencing as well as cabin location. For example you can get a balcony now in the boardwalk or one looking at central park. In those neighborhoods are different stores and resturants as well. hope this helps

HallOfPromise Posted March 26, 2017 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2017 They are more or less just areas of the ship. Central Park, Boardwalk, Royal Promenade, Entertainment, etc. The term Neighborhood is just a fancy way Royal labels them.
