Dress code for specialty restaurants?

New to NCL, and need to know if any specialty dining venues require jacket/tie for men. Leaving on Dawn this Sunday.
No jacket or tie required at any of the venues.

Wear smart casual if you are eating dinner in the aft main dining room (our more formal dining room) and in Le Bistro on cruises longer than five days. For women, it includes slacks or jeans, dresses, skirts and tops. For men, it’s jeans or slacks with a collared shirt and closed-toed shoes.

No need to dress up, you're on vacation! That's what I love about NCL. However, you (men) can't wear shorts during dinner. Jeans, slacks, or sweatpants are acceptable, just not shorts. Enjoy your cruise!
I believe shorts are allowed in all dining venus except for the aft dining room and LeBistro.
