Bar crawl

Have any of you Azamara aficionados ever organised or taken part in a bar crawl onboard either Quest or Journey? If you did, was it frowned upon by Azamara? If it is allowed, is the roll call the best place to try and organise it?

I've never done one, but there is no reason it would be frowned upon. What time are you thinking of doing it? To be honest it wouldn't be the most exciting of events because depending upon the time of day venues won't be open, especially during the day. Sunset Bar 11.30am until 10pm if the weather is ok. Pool Bar 10am until 7pm again if the weather is ok. Discoveries Lounge 6pm until 9.30pm (but it will be busy with pre-dinner drinkers). Living Room 5.30pm until late. Casino Bar 6pm until late. Mosaic Cafe through the day, but people eating there not necessarily conducive to it. Ask on your roll call to see if anyone is interested.

Yes, Prime C is open from 6pm until 9.30pm. Aqualina has a bar, but it's more of a champagne bar and not a great place to drink because there isn't a resident bar tender there.

In Prime C you can order included drinks no problem

Thanks, good to know! (Isn't Prime C the one with the high, uncomfortable bar stools though? I have trouble with those, being so short...:D)

Yes, Prime C does have high stools. But I too am short (5'5") and did not find the stools uncomfortable. As to a pub crawl, I don't think there are all that many drinking venues on AZ to crawl to, and Phil has documented the opening hours restrictions.
