Train from Anchorage to Denali

We are taking the Northbound Noordam/Alaska in June, Our cruise ends in Seward. We will take a train to Anchorage, stay overnight in Anchorage and then train again to Denali. It was highly recommended to have breakfast at SnowCity in Anchorage, Does anyone have an approximate time the train will depart in Anchorage? Will we have time for breakfast at Snow City??

I grew up in Anchorage. Snow City is wonderful but Breakfast line can be an hour wait. Locals know to stay away during tourist season. Yummy food!
