Yes! there is a side that is a pay as you go and the prices are not too bad. We did the all inclusive which was actually pretty awesome as we didn't worry about a thing. I -think- there is also an entrance fee for the pay as you go side, but I am not sure.

Sorry to the OP that I don't know the answer. More sorry that you came to internet's foremost authority on all-things cruise related and got the answer "check google".

I'm sure someone on here knows and will answer soon. :-)

And I'm sorry to OP that a lot of folks on these boards automatically assume people are being mean or snarky because they may not understand another poster's response.

See Razor, I also didn't have the information, however I thought a better response would be a link to Mr. Sancho's website as opposed to just saying I don't know. Did you know, Razor, that the vast majority of people click the first link that shows up on Google when they search something. Did you further know that the first link(s) are ads and not necessarily from the place you are searching for? And further than that did you know that Google provides different result to different people based off their internet browsing/usage history.

In example, searching Mr. Sancho's on my computer, the first response is an ad from shoreexcursioneer, which though providing info about Mr. Sancho's, isn't Mr. Sancho's website, its a sales website.

We're good DJ. "Tone" is one thing that is difficult to pick up on internet postings. I'd just been in another thread that had some snarkiness going on and I was in a mood when I jumped into this one. Your link to their site was appropriate. And, unlike some on here, you did not tell OP to use the search function on this site or scold him/her about a question that's been asked a thousand times before (OP, not saying this one has). Happy cruising everyone.:D

Just a hint, nothing snarky, the all inclusive price was pretty good and our server(?) really kept us supplied with soda and lots and I do mean lots of food. Since we arrived early and were there a long time, we really made out well.

You might want to check how many ships are in Port that day. I think they limit the number of people to 300 or something. We've been there for days when 6 ships and 2 ships. Best when only 2-3 ships in port.

Another thing to be aware of is that Mr. Sanchos and Nachi Cocum are on the same beach and you can easily walk from one to the other. Two different beach clubs on the same beach but with different "vibes". Sanchos is more family oriented with "American" food while Nachi tilts toward a more adult atmosphere.with Mexican fare.

I went to Mr Sanchos on my 4 day cruise and loved it. We paid the $55 and when we got there was able to get all you can eat nachos bar that had lots of meats, toppings, salads, etc, then we went to bar and got blended yummy tropical drinks. We ate and found a couple lounge chairs and relaxed. Our server kept us well supplued with our blended drinks. The water was clear, the beach wasn't busy at all and we wished we had more time there. We are going on another 4 day cruise in October and already have it booked :)

We have been to Mr Sanchos a few times. We have done the all inclusive - but lately we have not. This past September we just arrived and told them we wanted to pay for just what we are and drank. We were escorted to the left. Service was terrific. We each had two drinks and a order of Nachos. There was no other fee for the chairs and umbrellas. We spent a total of three hours there and really enjoyed our short visit. Our total bill was $24.

We are going again next week and we will do the same thing. As much as I loved the All inclusive day, I would check to see how long you are in Cozemel for - shorter stay just isn't worth it for us.

We have been to Sanchos 3 times so far. The first two were great on the all inclusive side, the last time it was sold out but we had the passes we bought before hand so we were able to get in. It was a mess, we had to flag down a passing waiter to see about getting a table and chairs, we never were able to get lounge chairs on the beach and the service was terrible. It took over an hour to get food and then the waiter would bring half the order out and then 30 mins to wait on the rest. I would definitely want to try the Nachi Cocum next time as other people on our cruise that went there had a totally different experience. The food was not as good as the previous times either, maybe because they were overwhelmed with the number of people there that day. If you do book ahead, we have used the Shore Excursioneer and everything went fine, our names were on the list at the front and we just paid the balance owed (we had put $5 pp down to hold our reservation thru the Shore Excursioneer website).

I've been on forums that have not helped and tell me to look for it on google. I did research it but I like to get others opinions on the experience. No bad vibes here, we are all getting ready for some cruise:cool:
