Cruise Planner on RCI Website

I've only made the initial deposit on our fall cruise. Will I only be able to access things like dinner reservations etc. on the Cruise Planner after I'm paid in full?

 

I also booked with them choosing my balcony cabin. Will I know to which cabin I'm assigned after full payment or does that have anything to do with when the assignment happens?

You can access them as soon as they load them in for your sailing

 

Your cabin will likely be assigned before final payment. It'll appear on your 'my cruises' page with the reservation. You'll probably be sent an updated invoice too showing the cabin number

Excursions and restaurants reservations will be available closer to cruise we booked a July 2017 and were able to purchase without full payment just give it time entertainment is closer to the 90 days out mark

We are on Oasis in September, and could only book excursions until a couple weeks ago, when entertainment & activities opened. Still waiting for dining to open.
