Blue Lagoon Island Deluxe Beach Break in Nassau

Has anyone done this excursion? We really wanted to do the Segway tour in Nassau but we have 6 people and there were only 5 spots left, oh well.

 

Anyway, I'm wondering if the $80 per person is worth getting a hammock for 2 (there are 6 of us...) and lunch? There are other water sport things you can purchase too.

 

We just don't see anything we'd like to do there. We've done snorkeling many times, swam with sting rays, swam with the dolphins etc. and I really don't want to go on our own for fear of not getting back to the ship on time.

 

Any suggestions?

I think you can do it with out lunch for around 50pp

We enjoyed our day here because we really needed a day to just relax. We went through our ship (NCL Escape) $69 adults, $49 kids. Our son enjoyed the inflatable water park (extra charge). We mostly lounged, floated in the complimentary tubes, played some beach games, and watched the dolphins and sea lions. If you are looking for an active day, this might not be what you are looking for. I wouldn't recommend going on your own because our ferry back to the boat was a little late. We were OK because everyone on the ferry was with the ship excursion.

we have this booked for June 20th.,.. was there a set time to return to return to the ship, or were there a few choices? we are traveling with my 15 month old & not sure how long she will be okay to be out..

We had 2 return choices. I am sure it depends on the ship.

Why not try a resort on Cable Beach? There are several.
