Need parking help in Ft. Lauderdale please!

We are leaving out of Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale) on the Carnival Splendor this Sunday, May 7th. It will be the first time for the Splendor, and we aren't leaving port until 9 pm :(. We plan on parking at the port and have never been there before. Are there signs telling you which ship leaves from which terminal? Is the parking close enough so that I don't have to drop my son off with the luggage, but rather we can roll our large pieces from parking to the drop off? Thank you for the help!

Yes, there will be big signs at the gates telling you where your ship is.

Which has parking info, maps, schedules...everything you need. Looks like Splendor is going to be at 19. You want to go the Midport Parking...check the map on the website.

This weekend is the Ft. Lauderdale Air & Sea Show so traffic might be a little worse than normal for a Sunday. Since you aren't leaving till 9 it probably will be OK but you might want to give yourself a little extra time just in case. Signs in port are plentiful and easy to follow.
