He needs fodder for the masses to keep them entertained and nothing is more entertaining than someone complaining about something they have no business complaining about. It could be entirely coincidental that a scenario was mentioned on this forum and a day or two later, hey presto, someone is lodging a complaint with JH with an amazingly similar fact pattern. Don't know for sure if he does or he doesn't but I certainly can see the possibility.
