Off to the Baltics in August.

Are suite guests allowed in Persian Garden free ? Or is it just Aqua's ?

Only Aqua. You can pay $199 per person plus taxes/gratuities for access for the entire cruise. Elite gets one time free use pass. We paid for the full passes on our last trip but only used it 3 times.

On the Equinox they sold a max of 30 passes for the cruise. We were in Aqua and received access. During the 11 day cruise we went there 5 times and only got to use it twice and that was during the port days the other times all key the cards to get in were gone and were told to come back later. Later never happened as we found somewhere else to relax. Many times it was on our balcony as all chairs in the Solarium and pool area were "taken". Didn't want to lay in the sun on the top decks.
