Question re: Windstar Tahiti Boarding Times

Hello All -

 

Taking a Windstar Tahiti cruise in September. Itinerary departure time is listed as 6 P.M. Since we will already be in PPT, does anyone know what time boarding commences? In other words, can one board for lunch commencing sometime after noon? Thanks in advance for any advice.:)
