I totally agree with you!!! :)

I was also on this cruise and it was great. Things happen ALL of the time when traveling; in my experience nothing was harmful or life threatening. It was all part of the adventure that travel offers. IMHO, the NCL crew/staff/officers were great.

 

Thank you for saying what other people on this cruise thought; there is always another opinion/view on situations.

 

Just because some people didn't get what they thought they are entitled to doesn't make the cruise a bad one. NCL delivered what they contracted to.

 

I can't believe the bad reviews here; I did not see or have any of the 'bad' things happen. The 'bad' seems to be a perception thing. I did, however, see quite a bit of disrespectful behavior by passengers.

Thanks to you and the other posters who posted about their experience on the cruise, because by just reading the OP's post, I thought the entire cruise was crappy, especially since he/she removed their entire DSC. Did some things go wrong, yes, but not during the entire cruise.

 

The OP complained about the UBP 18% and that is something the OP should have researched before taking the UBP, as NCL has never hidden this information. He/She also complained that the UBP didn't have water or specialty coffees, again, something that a little research would have told him/her.

 

The OP also mentioned being taxed $ .30 of every $10 to gamble. I've never heard of NCL charging a tax to gamble, now they do charge a 3% charge for taking money out and charging it to your onboard account and if the OP had an issue with this, he/she should have not taken money out for the casino.

 

I think NCL did a lot to accomodate the passengers and the Captain was available daily, something the OP never mentioned, to answer questions.

 

IMHO, NCL gave the OP everything they were entitled to.
