Here's a Haven bidding question...

Has anyone bid on a Haven upgrade, to later see that category displayed as "sold out" if you were to go in to book a new reservation online...and later received a confirmation that your bid was accepted? I'm about 60ish days out from my sailing, placed a bid on a Haven a couple of weeks ago..and there are only a couple of rooms showing availability online as of now...

Sold out and not available are not always the same thing even though it might say sold out.

 

Lots of reasons... one could be the haven available for bidding could be a person that moved up to another cabin

Threw points

 

With bidding, every moves up leaving a lesser room available for upgrade.

 

Second, people cancel at the last minute. We have done that week of cruise.

 

Third, some rooms are blocked and released close to cruise.
