I have some unused voucher for drinks , i Can keep to use them on MSC fleet for the next cruise?

Yes, at least in North America. I don't know about anyplace else.

Check the voucher book. Our book had the dates of the cruise on the book and coupons. And each coupon had a number that was assigned to my purchase of the package for that cruise.

 

Perhaps MSC is tracking the use of the vouchers more closely.
