Sports fans, I NEED HELP!

I'm cruising the week of December 4 and really don't want to miss the Duke/Texas game. From past experience, I know to expect only international soccer. Has anyone had any experience with picking up games with these new satellite radios? I'm on the Millie and she will be leaving Nassau at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th headed for FLL. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems like with all these ships have to offer they could tune in to ESPN on THIS side of the ocean. Thanks.

We were able to watch some NFL games on the Connie last week. I'm pretty sure it was ESPN... I don't follow college so I'm not sure if they had extensive coverage or not. The casino bar seemed to have a lot of sports coverage on their TVs if you don't want to sit in your room.

After more than 20 Celebrity cruses mostly at bowl times ,the only thing I can tell you is that it is a total crap shoot.I suggest though, that you watch the movie FEVER PITCH to try and get some perspective on the situation,as well as a few good laughs.

We were on the Summitt one year during the Final Four. Being huge UConn fans, we HAD to watch our team. The "sports bar" did carry the games broadcast on ESPN. But for some reason the satelite signal was lost for awhile. Thought I'd go crazy, called guest realations and everything. They must have thought I was nuts. PS>>> WE WON!!!!

I can relate - I remember calling home repeatedly to get the updated score on the Big East championship game in port in San Juan during a muster drill in March 2004.

You should get good reception on your satellite radio and hear the game. It will be a good one; enjoy.

Go Huskies!

Hey neighbor...........We live in Vernon. Leaving for Florida for the winter in two weeks and already stressing out on how to find sports bars who will carry the Men's and Women's games. When are you cruising? Were on the Zenith, Jan. 23
