Systems Down! :(

I have been trying all morning to speak to someone at Princess and there is a message saying they are having system problems and then the system hangs up on you :(

I know how frustrating it can be. British Airways entire system went down the past weekend. Imagine all those people trying to call them and are put on hold for four or five house. Keep the faith.

I hate to tell you this, but I got through this morning with no problem. It was at 10:00 Central. Maybe that was before the system issues began.

Just tried again......... still recording telling us they are having issues (banging head on desk)

why don't you guys switch phone numbers for princess; maybe one number will work where the other one does not

Great that you got through. I don't think this happens too often. One of the things I like about Princess is that they are easy to reach.
