Have you rebooted your computer, cleared cookies, tried a different browser? Yes. The section where you enter dates, cities, etc is still covered up. Please call us at the number listed on the page for assistance.Try Again Need Help?Call us at 1-800-774-6237 I have received this message occasionally when the airline has made a change in my itinerary. It usually clears in 24 hours after eZAir has updated my itinerary. I suggest you call Princess and ask eZAir to update your itinerary or do whatever is necessary to clear the error.
