Has anyone been charged to REPLACE a bottle of liquor

Very odd they would charge extra to switch out ketel one for Tito's since tito's is stocked in the bars. We don't normally drink spirits so always have ours switched out for wine, with no charge.

Should not be a big deal to get it for them. Titos is a middle of the road vodka and no more money than absolute or kettle one.

Perhaps they were referring to Oceania and not you.
