No. The Epic sells a few (less than 10) posh passes like vibe passes. Non-Havens guests can not use any of the Havens facility (except the restaurant for a charge).

The Posh is the private sundeck for the Havens. All Havens guests get access with their room. Non-Havens guest have to show up at the port and be the very first people in line. With priority boarding of Latitudes members, people below platinum would have near zero chance for a posh pass. Once boarding starts, walk very very fast to guest services to see if any are left. Over 4000 non-havens guest. 10 passes. Do you feel lucky?

Butler: $10-$15 per person in room per days on cruise ($15 x 2 people in room x 7 days = $210).

 

Concierge: $5-$10 per person in room per days on cruise.
