MR TIME Posted June 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Does the JS have the same perks as the Ocean suite, ie,, dedicated concierge, priority embarkation etc? I guess the OS has a larger balcony, but its the perks that matter... we're going to splurge this time. Cruising on the Miracle from Tampa
jdemps Posted June 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2017 I've never seen a concierge on carnival. The only benefit for upgrading from one suite to another is the space is typically larger. There are a few benefits like a free bottle of water and a free bag of laundry if you want. Some larger suites also have a whirlpool tub too. Have fun! cb at sea Posted June 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Carnival's "suite perks" pale in comparison to other cruise lines...NCL has the best suite perks!
jdemps Posted June 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Carnival's "suite perks" pale in comparison to other cruise lines...NCL has the best suite perks! They were nice perks but we find Carnival to be flat out more fun. We only did one sailing on NCL but the nightclubs were dead at 10pm, they had trivia....the one we saw in the pub was about cheese. lol Anyways, the perks aren't as good in terms of a butler or reserved seats in the theater, etc but we just enjoy carnival more so get what we get with the suites. Moviela Posted June 12, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 12, 2017 The JS rooms are smaller suites, but many times have the whirlpool tubs, and the perks are the same as the Grand Suites. As for balcony, I need one chair to sit on and consider the size of the ocean.
