That was an interesting article. It reminded me of the first cruise that we took to Bermuda years ago. Bermuda had very strict rules about what could, and could not, go on aboard the ships while they were dock there. One evening there was a party on the pool deck and it was made very clear to us passengers by the C.D. that the noise level had to be kept down and the party had to be over by a certain time.
