Disenbarkation in New York

Does anyone know how early you can disembark from the Insignia after the Canada New England sailings how early are they back in port and when does disembarkation start.

I believe the goal is to start disembarkation at 8am and conclude by 9am. That said, a number of factors can delay things, late ship arrival, ship clearance and customs/border processing. During your cruise you will be asked to fill out a form regarding disembarkation and you can indicate your requested time.
