We are on the Liberty of the Seas, last trip we got the soda package. They use fountain guns, and you could not get a decent drink not one tasted correct. We watched people carry on boxes of soda cans with no issues last time so are hoping to do this for our trip coming up.

Yes, while bringing on soda is technically prohibited, it is usually allowed.
