question on free soda package with boardwalk balcony room

ive read where when you get your card when you get on the ship that it will be on your card this soda package. I don't drink soda so in wondering if I could get something else in its place or some kind of credit. I realize its free so I doubt that anything else could be offered but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask you guys. I guess if you purchase this package it 60.00 a week. thank you

No one has reported being able to get any credit, upgrade to another package, or change to something else.

I tried to get it credited towards the alcohol package and was told no way!

Other than soda there is also many flavors of Dasani water and many selections of Power Ade.

 

After being in the hot Caribbean sun it's nice to have.
