Carnival Dream - Cove Balcony #2289

We have our first cove balcony booked on the Dream for March. I know some cove balconies have a lifeboat above them. Does anyone know about cabin 2289? And, how's the noise from Deck 3 above this cabin? It looks like we should be right under the Pursers Desk and not the galley. Is this correct? Any pics or information on cabin 2289?

We were in 2309 last year, which I don't think is too far away. The lifeboats pretty much go the length of the deck or 2 above so you're likely to see lifeboats. The cove balcony benefit is really the closeness to the water. You can see outward but not so much upward.

 

We had no issue with noise from above.

The galley seems like it is above the cove cabins, do you hear any noise from it?
