Dinner options

We are cruising in a month with our 11 month old and 9 year old. We travel a lot and they are great travelers, but this is our first RCCL cruise. They usually do well at restaurants, but on most vacations there are usually a few nights where they are just too tired for a complicated dinner and we end up eating in. Are there any options for eating in other than just room service for my husband and myself? Like can one of us get food from the dining rooms to go? Or the buffet to go back to the room? Anything really great on the new room service menu?
