POM parking - what time to arrive?

Sailing Carnival out of Miami in early December. Parking at the port. What time should we arrive at the port? I want to be on that ship as early as possible!!

Check your booking, what arrival time did you choose? They won't let you into the terminal until then.

Is this true of all cruise lines or just Carnival?

We are Platinum with Carnival so we can board right after the VIPs and wedding parties.

 

I guess my question should have been "how soon can we get our car parked, or when do they open the garage to let cars in"

The garage will be open in the morning as people need to get their cars out from getting off the ship. You can park at 10:00am 11:00am. Whenever you wish to get there.

Entrance to the terminal is after 10:30.
