What's Included in Celebrity's "A Very Happy Birthday To You" ?

We are sailing on our first cruise in June 2018 and it happens to fall on my SO's birthday. I know it's quite awhile away, but I'm trying to decide if any of the stateroom decoration packages from Celebrity are worth the $$. The C401 It's Your Birthday (Standard Birthday Celebration) package is $15 and the C404 A Very Happy Birthday To You (Deluxe Birthday Celebration) package is $70. Does anyone know what's included in those packages?
