Ocean View Staterooms

We are considering a transatlantic trip on Oceania. Looking at the photos, it appears that the ocean view staterooms have unobstructed views. Is this true for all ocean view staterooms?

The Marina & Riviera you will look down to the lifeboats from Cat C cabins

the R ships no problem only Cat E have obstructed view (life boats )

On the R ships like Nautica, the E ocean views are smaller and don't have a sofa. See the layout. The D does so we selected that.
