How many "gala" formal nights on 19 day Panama Canla cruise (Eurodam)? Do people tend to dress more formal than typical Caribbean cruise? Thanks in advance for answers.

My educated guess (but a guess, nonetheless) is three Gala nights. That's based on the three Gala nights on a 14-day cruise, where that was near the beginning of the range.

As far as dress goes, you will always see some people who can't seem to meet the minimum standard of smart casual, then a Bell curve from smart casual all the way to full formal attire. The largest number of people will be in the sport coat or suit w/tie/cocktail dress (whether short or longer) group.
