mrsemmaclairemoor Posted August 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 11, 2017 Hi I am hoping one of you lovely members can help me with this query as I cannot find an answer anywhere. I am trying to get a rough idea of what time we will disembark at Southampton from our Northern Europe cruise on Preziosa in September. I need to know prior to the cruise as I am boarding my dog and they require a rough time of when he will be picked up. The agent I booked with was less than helpful and said I wouldn't know until the night before we go home. All they could tell me is it is done deck by deck. If anyone has any other info on the disembarkation process and timings I would be really grateful. We are on deck 12. Thanks in advance. 😊 Sent from my SM-G925F using Forums mobile app
mrsemmaclairemoor Posted August 11, 2017 Author #2 Share Posted August 11, 2017 When I say boarding my dog... I do mean in kennels and not on the ship lol Sent from my SM-G925F using Forums mobile app
sidari Posted August 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 11, 2017 Our details say that the ship docks at 8 am but it will likely be there before then, you could always ask customer services for self disembarkation but that would mean taking your own cases off with you. I would expect to be off by 11am at the latest going off previous cruises from Southampton.
Rare Beamafar Posted August 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 11, 2017 You can always request priority disembarkation which would mean you're one of the first off. Again, this needs to be arranged at Guest Services early on in the cruise.
mrsemmaclairemoor Posted August 11, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted August 11, 2017 Thank you both for this info. It's really useful. I will pop and see guests service on our first day. Sent from my SM-G925F using Forums mobile app
