Advice on which port to swim with turtles, please?

Hi, I am on a cruise next year, and would really love to do an excursion to swim with turtles. We are stopping at the following ports, and would just like some advice on which would be the better place to do it from.

Aruba, Curacao, St Vincent, Grenada.
