Arrival Appointment?

We cruise often, but this is a new one for me.

We normally arrive at the port early (10 AM) so we can be among the first groups boarding. How does the new appointment process affect this? Our appointment is 11:30.

We're Emerald and one cruise away from Diamond. The priority boarding is one of the perks that keeps us coming back to RCCL. We love boarding an empty ship and having a full day to enjoy.

Typically the arrival times pertain to your check-in time which may or may not be the same as your boarding time.

As Emerald you will still have some degree of priority boarding depends also on how many in the higher levels that particular day.

Good luck. Enjoy your cruise!

On most ships, boarding starts about 11;00am...if you get there before departing passengers have departed...you will have a wait...they can't start boarding until everyone else is gone. We like to arrive around 11:30 or so....usually, it's straight onto the ship.
